Alpine recently opened orders for its new small sports car, the **A290**. This dynamic cousin of the **Renault 5 E-Tech** comes with a higher price tag, but remains affordable for an Alpine. The entry-level version starts at **€34,700**, after deducting a €4,000 government incentive.
A highly anticipated launch
- A month and a half after its unveiling at the **24 Hours of Le Mans**, Alpine officially opened orders for the A290. All trim levels are available, as well as the two power outputs offered: **180 and 220 hp**.
- All versions are equipped with a **52 kWh** battery.
The range includes four different versions.
- A special launch edition, the **”Première Édition”**, is limited to 1,955 units.
