How to repair a scratch with body filler?
Body repair with body filler is a fairly complex operation. Nevertheless, it’s the best method for repairing a deep scratch. To do it, you should follow these steps: Clean and fill the scratch
- To thoroughly clean the scratch, apply alcohol or isopropyl alcohol. After this step, fill the scratch with body filler. To spread it more easily, use a squeegee. Then, wait 5 minutes for it to dry.
To remove excess filler, use an abrasive foam sanding block and leveling fluid. After this, gently rub the scratched area with a dry cloth.
