The Quebec City Auto Show took place from March 5th to 10th, 2019. The event is increasingly popular in Eastern Canada. It’s an event that many people eagerly anticipate, especially those who are passionate about four-wheeled vehicles. Each year, more and more models and features are unveiled in the automotive world, and it’s at this show that participants present the fruits of their labor. Many new models and premieres from automakers can be seen at this show. It’s an opportunity to admire the technologies featured in some of Quebec’s most exotic vehicles.
Interesting Activities
Several activities take place during this type of event. The organizers are constantly finding ways to entertain the public. Most often at this type of show, the most popular activities are: the preview benefit evening, test drives, Normandin Family Day, and the Best Car competition.
The preview benefit evening raises funds that are directly donated to the Mobilis Foundation.
For the 2019 Luxury Car of the Year test drives, Jaguar and Land Rover offered visitors the opportunity to try out the F-Pace and Velar models. Those aged 25 and over with a driver’s license and car insurance were able to take advantage of this opportunity to get behind the wheel of these exceptional vehicles.
Activities for everyone to enjoy, young and old.
Normandin Family Day offers children plenty of fun. Mascots, trains, clowns, and themed inflatable games are available on-site for them. For 2019, the Normandin restaurant mascots, Mandin, the Quebec Remparts Champion, Pampan and Pampinot from the Montmagny White Goose Festival, as well as other interesting characters, are also present at the auto show. The 2019 SIAQ Super Contest offers participants the chance to win a 24-month lease on a 2019 Dodge RAM 1500 valued at $13,000, two sets of BFGoodrich tires valued at $2,000, or a $1,000 travel credit offered by CAA-Quebec and CAA Recommended Garage.
